Made from a light breathable cotton, the skirt flows out from the hips to the ankles, while the top is a soft and stretchy T-shirt material, that features ruched seams down the sides (so you can wear slightly scrunched for your desired length and fit), an elasticated top seam to prevent slipping, and detachable straps. This genius dress can be transformed into a maxi skirt (the stretchy material turns into a waistband).
